Kakan Hermansson is an artist, programme host, writer and DJ. She graduated in 2012 from the Department of Ceramics and Glass at the Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design and has worked as a lecturer there since 2015. In her practice, she addresses issues of gender, class and sexuality. In 2016, she published her first book, Hela Kakan. She has participated in both TV and radio, ran the interview podcast Under Huden and started her own skincare brand.
Emelie Höglund is a head of department at the Hallwyl Museum and curated the exhibition Fags. Meeting Places in an Age of Forbiddance in 2021 at the Hallwyl Museum. The exhibition explored the places where gay men could take refuge in the period from 1900 to 1944, when homosexual acts were decriminalised in Sweden.
Admission to the exhibition included in the ticket price. Limited number of participants.
