As part of the exhibition, Undamming Rivers, Bonniers Konsthall has joined Cooking Sections’ extensive project Becoming CLIMAVORE. The purpose of this project is to encourage art institutions and restaurants to remove farmed salmon from their menus and instead offer CLIMAVORE meals made with ingredients that improve soil and water quality.
During the evening, you can take part in discussions that look to the future. The artist duo with invited guests will talk about farmed salmon and its climate effects, and future challenges in food production. The talk is moderated by Theodor Ringborg, artistic director of Bonniers Konsthall.
