SPECIAL TOUR: Beatrice Crona

Sat 15 oct 20222:00 pm

What are the effects of non-sustainable consumption of food from lakes, rivers and oceans? How should we think and eat to keep within the limits of our planet’s capacity? Does our diet affect equality, and if so, how?

Together with Beatrice Crona, professor at the Stockholm University, we explore these issues during a guided tour of the Cooking Sections exhibition Undamming Rivers. In her research, Beatrice Crona focuses on aspects of sustainability, and especially on the impact of the seafood system.

Beatrice Crona is a researcher at Stockholm University and also works at the Stockholm Resilience Center. Her research focuses on various aspects of marine stewardship and fisheries governance, and on understanding their socio-ecological links globally.

Admission is included in the ticket price. Limited number of participants.
