In order to provide certain stakeholder groups with information about our work (e.g. newsletters, press releases, and opening invitations) we require personal data. The processing is necessary to distribute newsletters, opening invitations or press releases to these specific stakeholder groups. Bonniers Konsthall only retains personal data about members that is necessary for you to get the most from your membership. We require your name, postal address and an email address in order to send membership information, opening invitations and member and newsletter communications. Personal data is stored securely in our membership register and is not shared with third parties. You always have the right to request that Bonniers Konsthall delete or correct information about you or to terminate your membership.

Information about the online shop

Bonniers Konsthall processes your personal data to manage your purchase on the legal basis of fulfilment of the contract. Data such as name, postal address and telephone number are processed for purposes including delivery and handling complaints. Retention periods are generally governed by the Accounting Act. You may at any time request that we delete your data from our records. If required personal data is not provided, we may be forced to refuse the purchase.

You may at any time contact us to update or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you.
